Tiles were engraved using a raster laser-engraving process.
Tiles were sanded and prepared for priming and painting.

Laser-cut files were generated in Adobe Illustrator and then cut out of MDF and Acrylic using a Trotec Laser-Cutting Machine.

MDF and masonite laser-cuts were stacked and dry-fitted to ensure that the walls worked as intended prior to painting and assembly.
